MOTORIZED PETS ON WHEELS
- The Pets on Wheels are Mobile to your location.
- Strive for early arrival for advance set up.
- These fun, zippy guys can hold up to 200lbs.
- If you are expecting larger children, teenagers or even adults at your event... these are your best rental choice! (along with the zoo!)
- All we need is flat surface for them to ride on. Concrete & Asphalt (parking lot) are perfect!
- Please make sure the area does not have any cracks
- We will need power available to re-charge them if your event is many hours, Just incase. Any powered outlet will do.
- We can provide our cones/chains if needed, or you can provide another barrier like strawbales (like a church did below)
- The Ponies are Mobile to your Location.
- The Ponies can be decorated to match your events theme. Example: Western, Carnival, Circus, Halloween, etc.
- The Ponies are hand-led by Pony Wranglers/handlers
- These guys & gals can carry up to 75 lbs depending on the size of each pony
- If you are expecting larger children & teenagers; please book the motorized riding pets listed above or the petting zoo.
PETTING ZOO RENTAL - Barnyard Experience
- The Petting Zoo Travels to your location
- The Larger petting zoo is for Bigger events.
- The Petting Zoo typically includes a good variety of each: Bunny Rabbits, Mini Goats, Sheep, Ducks, chicken (and Babies~ seasonal, etc) plus a specialty animal such as Llama, Baby Alpacas, Mini Donkey, Miniature Petting Pony.
- Dont have grass or a dirt lot to put the animals on?... No Problem, Notify us at booking and we can provide our artificial grass for the animals to go on top of at your event. Great for Cement, concrete or asphalt events!
LlAMA OR ALPACA Rentals - We can decorate Fiesta !
- Great for fiesta themed events or to surprise everyone with a crowd favorite! No Drama Llama is the best!
- Your guests can have the opportunity to experience, pet and snap pictures with these guys!
- Our animal Handler(s) will be on site to help watch over the animals, clean up and answer questions.

Things to Know & Follow at your event:
** We provide our animal handlers to help watch over and care for the animals only. It is your responsibility to hire or provide volunteers to watch over the crowd/guests/participants. If you are collecting tickets or money at our station, you must provide someone to collect, we will not. Our main focus is watching and helping the animals. Please provide crowd control at your event. thank you.**
The Party Ponies travel to your location to celebrate your child’s birthday party or special event.
The Ponies are for riding, petting, entertainment and to take "selfies" with.
Remember, We provide PONIES, not Large HORSES....
For safety reasons, Horses are NOT ALLOWED TO ATTEND!.. (per insurance)
Ponies are meant to only carry a certain amount of weight for safety reasons!
Ponies can carry up to 55/65 lbs of weight at larger events. (based on the size of pony)
If you have older children, Please Consider Hiring the PETTING ZOO with your pony rides

Great for Ages
1 yr old to 7 yr old. Some 8 -10 year olds are small enough to ride.
All ages are allowed to pet, snap pictures with, ask questions and enjoy the beautiful ponies.
Ponies CAN walk on Dirt, Cement, Concrete, Asphalt or Grass.
Ponies CAN NOT walk on rocks or go up & down steep hills !
Do Not ask us to walk Ponies up or down Stairs ; or to go through your house; or near a pool, please & thank you.
The petting zoo is mobile to your location.
The service team strives to arrive early for set up.
Pony Party Time provides an attractive animal pen where the children can walk in and experience the farm friends up close.
Don’t worry about animal feed or clean up, it's on us!
The Petting Zoo is great for ALL AGES !!! ... Parents & Grandparents love them too.
Space needed for Fence Set up:
Medium to Larger Zoo 18 ft x 18 ft. or 20 ft x 20 ft.
We can add or deduct fencing as needed. Bigger the room, the better the zoo experience.
Areas the Petting Zoo can be set up on:
Grass Or Dirt (Preferred), Cement, Concrete or very small flat rocks (nothing sharp or large).

Terms and Conditions (in-part):
- $1 booking fee required to get your event onto our calendar & to make reservation (Unless other arrangements are made) - ie. an invoice was sent to you, then you are considered booked for the event, no cancellations.
- Payment is due in FULL by Credit/Debit card Processing, Paid QuickBooks Invoiced through ACH/Direct Deposit or Mailed payment.
- Payment must be received no later than 2 weeks after booking your event with us, or 2 weeks prior to your scheduled event with us; which ever is sooner.

- There is no charge for set-up and clean-up time, Unless you require us to arrive earlier or stay later than what is included.
Larger Events: We strive to arrive 40 minutes early for set up.
Need us to set up earlier?
No Problem; there is a $50 charge per 1/2 hour to arrive any earlier than our included set up time.
- Additional fees may be incurred due to cost of added materials, time and labor if you ask for floor coverings, etc
- Surface Matting/Shavings: $40
- Events booked on major holidays may be subjected to a higher rate.
- Animal Loading/Unloading Zone: must be within 20 feet from event site. Additional fee's will be incurred otherwise.
- Access to fresh potable water is needed for the animals at all time during your event.
- Please review our Legal and Liability Disclosures & Terms for Hire Page before booking.
- Mileage Fees: Free within the Las Vegas & Henderson Area. Contact us for mileage if your outside Las Vegas, Nv.

Due to the Nature of Animals; We do reserve the right to decline providing an particular animal for any event, even if that animal was requested or paid to attend. Animals can have "off days, sick days, or become injured". There is NO GUARANTEE THAT ANY PARTICULAR ANIMAL CAN ATTEND YOUR PARTY/EVENT. We will always strive to do what we can to full-fill your requests. But Animals are Living Creatures too.
